The Lily Pad Children's Boutique is a unique, upscale yet afforable online children's resale and consignment boutique.  Our goal is to offer you fun, unique and quality products for your children while allowing you to shop from the comfort of your home.  As a mother of four, I realize the importance of quality and affordability while remaining stylish and fun.  Everything that you will find here in our store is hand selected by me to ensure quality and value.   If you are searching for something in particular and don't see it featured here, please contact us at customerservice@thelilypadchildrensboutique.com.  We will make every effort to find what you need. 

The Lily Pad Children's Boutique was born of my desire to stay at home with my four children, ranging from toddler to teen, while incorporating my love of finding quality name brand bargains for my family.  I have been in the retail and sales business for over 14 years.  Merging this knowledge with my growing interest in web design and utilizing the internet seemed like the natural path for me to take.  I look forward to sharing these special products with you and doing business with you and your family for years to come.

    Jewelry, hairbows, summer hat, beach cover-up, matching socks, or mittens? You will find it here! Purses, backpacks, barrettes, headbands, slippers, shoes -- all the things you need to complete your little one's outfit can be found on these pages.

     

     


    How do I know the condition of the gently worn clothing items?

    In order to assist you in buying your clothes, we have developed a system for noting the condition of all of our resale items. It is as follows:

    New: these items are are new with or without tags.

    Like New:: these clothes show no sign of wear.

    Excellent:  These items show only  very slight wear, possibly very light fade or pilling as is normal for lightly worn or washed clothing.

    Very Good: these clothes have more wear or pilling, but no stains, rips, tears etc. They also have lots of life left in them.

    Play-clothes: these are clothes that may have a stain, small rip or tear, show more fade and pilling than other clothes, or may be obviously hand-me-downs. Most of these items will be featured in the "Bargains" department.


    How does shopping at The Lily Pad work?

    The Lily Pad Children's Boutique functions very much in the same way as other on-line stores. Chose the gender and size of clothing you wish to buy, and all items in that range will come up for you.  Click on each thumbnail for more images of the item and more detailed information. If you decide you want to buy the item, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button, and the item will be transferred to your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, simply go to your shopping cart and follow the directions for easy and secure checkout!


    What type of payment do you accept?

     

    The Lily Pad Children's Boutique accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX.  We also accept e-check thru PayPal.


    What are the shipping policies?

    The Lily Pad Children's Boutique currently ships to the 48 contiguous states, international orders are possible.

    Please check the shipping page for more details on international shipping as well as for rates.


    How often is new inventory added?

    New items will be added to our inventory regularly.  Our selecetions change daily so be sure to bookmark us and check back often for new items.


    What is your return policy?

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receipt. The price of the items (minus shipping costs and any insurance) will be credited to your account.  Please note that we do not pay for return shipping. Returned items must be in the same condition and have any store tags attached.(if any)  Credit will be applied to the credit card that you used for the initial purchase.  If this is not possible, we can either exchange your item or issue you store credit.

     

    Please know that every effort is made to see that you are satisfied with your purchase from The Lily Pad Children's Boutique.  There are, however, items that will be non refundable due to the fact that they are custom creations and have been designed specifically for you and may also have been personalized.  There may also be a restocking fee that applys to some items, particularly furniture.


    What is the privacy policy?

    The Lily Pad Children's Boutique uses the information you provide for our purposes only. We take our customer's privacy very seriously.  We DO NOT sell or share your information with anyone.  If you sign up for our mailing list you will receive periodic e-mails informing you of sales, new inventory, or changes to the site.  You can review our complete Privacy Policy during the check out process.



    Do you have specials and discounts? We will periodically be offering discounts and specials.  If you join our mailing list you will be sent a newsletter and notification of new sales, specials and discounts.

    Does The Lily Pad Children's Boutique offer Gift Certificates?

    We love the fact that you would want to share The Lily Pad Children's Boutique with family and friends.  We do offer gift certificates in varied amounts, starting in $5 increments.

    We try to offer many different choices here at The Lily Pad Children's Boutique that represent what Moms are looking for today but it is just not possible to carry every brand and line.  If there is a particular product that you are interested in, please feel free to contact us at customerservice@thelilypadchildrensboutique.com .  We will make every effort to locate the product you desire.

    What is the Clearance Corner?

    All items located in the Clearance Corner have been donated to The Lily Pad Children's Boutique for charitable contributions.  One half of all proceeds will be donated to a charity of The Lily Pad Children's Boutique's choice.

    Please note that all sales from the CLEARANCE CORNER are final.
