Local pick up is available in the Perryville, MO area at no charge. Please contact us for information on how to pick up your order.
International Orders:
The Lily Pad is happy to serve our Canadian and other international customers. The shipping rate to Canada is a flat rate fee of only $7.95. All other areas outside of the continental US will be a flat rate fee of $19.95.
Shipping Rates and Methods:
Most items purchased from The Lily Pad Children's Boutique will ship via the USPS, some may ship UPS or FEDEX. Larger furniture items will ship via a freight carrier and you must be present to sign for these items. Great care is taken when packaging these products for shipment to your home, although they have been packaged properly, in some instances transit related damage may occur. It is imperative that you inspect your order carefully upon arrival. Take the time to note any damage to your furntiture and to the packing materials on the delivery receipt. DO NOT sign the shipping documents without properly noting details of transit related damages on the shipping document. Upon inspection, if you find that your merchandise is damaged, you may refuse delivery. Damages must be reported to The Lily Pad Children's Boutique upon delivery via e-mail @ thelilypadchildrensboutique@earthlink.net. We will be unable to assist you in repair or replacement of your merchandise if it is not thoroughly inspected and documented as explained above.
Freight companies are expected to delivery merchandise in the time frame scheduled with you. Should you find that delivery has been made without your presence and acceptance, do not move the cartons. Please contact The Lily Pad Children's boutique for further instruction.
